Do you know there are many side effects of Facebook and other Social Network sites. Yes, negative side of Social Networking sites.
Nowadays, many social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube and many more are trying to be on the first of the list by giving the facilities to their customers to chat with their friends, share their photos, and so on. They bring relation closer but actually it create big gaps among our relatives or family as their children or family member who are using Facebook is always siting on the front of their PCs (just like a parasites which always lives on the body either its inside or outside)and sacrifice their family just for this nonsense social networking site as they not give time to their friend and family for their self enjoyments.
I am not telling that Facebook or any other social networking site is bad. They are quite good if we access them in the limited time. Some peoples use Facebook 4-5 hrs(including using by mobile or tablets) which is extremely bad for their health as well as for their study also. This types of site is strictly not recommended for the children or teenagers who is under 18 years. But most of them not follow this recommendation. Around 95% of parents don't press their children to not use Facebook.
In this article I am going to tell you about what are the side effects of Facebook. So guys please take it seriously....


EXTREMELY BAD FOR HEALTH

Most of the peoples use Facebook 4-5 hours whether it is morning or midnight. Using Facebook at specially at midnight is very bad for health. It directly effects our brain and the eyes. Night is for sleeping, not for Facbooking. God has given us wonderful gifts like eyes and brains, why you peoples are wasting or dumping them? I also have Facebook account but I use it only thrice a week only for 1 hrs..


DEGRADATION OF MARKS OR GRADES IN EXAMS

Have you noticed that before you started to use Facebook, you gained good marks on exams. But what happened after using this? Their is great degradation in marks. Just because while you study for your exam your focus is not on study, it is on mobile or PCs just only for Facebook; thinking all time that ''I have to like my friend's page which he told me or I have to accept friend request.''. So friends take an oath to not use Facebook during the period of exams or works. 


YOUR PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL DATA MAY BE HACKED.

Many of us give all our personal information to Facebook like mobile nos., pictures, even some of you give you banks account detail to Facebook. I suggest you please erase all information. I know their is option of privacy in Facebook. But however hackers can hack your account in a second. They can upload many undesirable photos or may also abuse to your friend. Do you want to spoil your name and attitude among your friends and relatives? Surely Your answer will be NO. Then please don't ever make any mistake to share your personal or professional information. Now also if you want to share your personal and professional information then please don't forget to enable 2 Step Verification provided by Facebook to secure your account.


YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR JOB.

Yes, I said you may loose your job. The question may be pop out in your mind that HOW?
The is 2 reasons--
  1. You may Loose your attention on your office's work and then all your works will call as pending. Then your boss will deduct your salary or give you a resignation letter in a polished white paper.
  2. Facebook's message or notification force you to open Facebook atleast twice an hour. As you open your Facebook account your boss can trap you using Facebook and then what happen? The letter of resignation will fully cross your mind from top to bottom.
  3. A research revealed that an more than 72% employees in every company spent 1-1.5 hours on Facebook, Twitter and other Social Networks during work.

How to control addiction of Facebook


  1. Buy mobile phone with no internet connection.
  2. Use Facebook maximum 30 min a day.
  3. Hide your phone or laptops for a while to remove your focus on Facebook.
  4. Play outside game or go for walk, don't play social gaming on Facebook.

Hope you remove your addiction to Facebook. And must give time to family not Facebook. Because Family comes first.
